		<description>The new owner is or will be John Marr president of Tyler Technologies.  He owns a home on the water in Falmouth Foreside and I believe owns a power boat.  I agree with you that I hope those changes are made because in theory they make sense, however they only make sense if you want to still cater to sailors and sailboats.  I believe John is a power boater and I hope he doesn't neglect or dismiss the many loyal sailors in Casco Bay.</description>

		<description>Hopefully, someone will sink a few bucks into it.  Move the restaurant upstairs with a deck bar.  Move the Boathouse and the loft and all boatyard operations down closer to the lower property.
