		<description>Jos, I agree in part to your comments. However, in the United States we may have a unique problem.  We didn&#039;t make the membership fee automatic from the beginning which will make change difficult even if that change is best for the sport.  How US Sailing proceeds with this change will most likely have an impact on its relevance in the greater sailing community.  It would be interesting to see or know about another sport or national authority that has possibly gone through this membership process.</description>
