The top American with two races under his belt is Mark Hillman, who sails out of Annapolis, MD, in 9th place. The leader is Francisco Campero, of Argentina, with a mere 7 points. The 2007 World Champion, Mauricio Santa Cruz of Brazil, is not far behind the leader in 2nd place with just 11 points.
